Hotel Lookout, Ojochal Costa Rica Consumer Complaint
We had a 5 night stay at this hotel, and we were so disappointed. The grounds themselves are lovely..the sunsets beautiful, and the rooms clean. The owners are another story. The German husband and wife pair are extremely rude, unhelpful, and make staying there uncomfortable for their guests (from the talk around the hotel, it seems as though the US guests were the ones mostly affected/discriminated against). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Costa Rica and it's culture. We traveled up and down the pacific coast for 2 weeks and had amazing experience... More...
